Salinity (Continued) <br />By 130 days from the beginning of <br />discharge, the permittee shall submit a <br />summary of salinity monitoring data to this <br />Division and address the applicability <br />of a waiver of salinity limitations as <br />allowed in the "Regulations for Implemen- <br />tation of the Colorado River Salinity <br />Standards Through the NPDES Permits <br />Program", Regulations 3.10.0 through 3.10.5 <br />and Appendix A. If a waiver is not allowed <br />on the basis of monitoring data submitted, <br />the permittee shall submit a full report <br />addressing applicable portions of the <br />above-referenced regulation within 360 <br />days following the beginning of the discharge. <br />Monitoring for salinity following submittal <br />of the salinity data summary shall be on a <br />quarterly basis. <br />• <br />B. Any overflow caused by precipitation or <br />snowmelt, from facilities designed, con- <br />structed, and operated to contain or treat <br />as applicable all process generated ~~aste- <br />water and the surface runoff to the treat- <br />ment facility from a 10-year, 24-hour <br />precipitation event, shall not be subject to <br />the limitations set forth on Page 2. <br />C.
