Everist Company <br />regarding the referenced permit application, following is our response to your concerns <br />vrith the submitted materials. Your concems are addressed and riuinbered in the order <br />presented in the radegi,acy Review. <br />,~1.) Please see the following Attaehrnerit "A" for complete proofs of newspaper publishing <br />of the Notice and complete "certified return receipt" rrrailings of the tJotice to all <br />sur:our?dirry property owners within 20C ft. of the proposed pa~rnr,'affected area of <br />the applicaticn (M-9G- i20}. <br />/^.} Please see revised, signed Exhibit C enclosed under Attarhment "B". The ~arres of <br />the owners of all "significant", etc. man-made structures, both within and Z.00 fi. from <br />the permit area, are shown adjacrnt to the structure. The ownershila of tl~~ese <br />structures were almost completely shown on the original Exhibit C by piacerr!ent <br />within th? annotated properly boundaries, unl?ss called-out individually as bring <br />owned by another entity. Ownerstrip of all structures, fitting the rlescriptii,n of Rule <br />6.4.3(g}, is now individually shown on Exhibit C. <br />A summary of the changes placed on the revised Exhibit C are a.s follows <br />(a) Additional property location, name and tax I.D. number for the Bearson property <br />across from the proposed access road. <br />(h) Owners of all "significant", etc. structural within and 20~'l ft. from the permit area. <br />(c) The additional access-road permit boundary and additional acreage. <br />(d) The location of the slurry wail. <br />(e) Slight revisions to the details, and <br />(f) Revised date of the Exhibit and blue-ink signature of the designer. <br />
