<br />Product stockpiles rill be kept in the bottom of the excavated pit to <br />limit visual impact to the surrounding area. Height of long term <br />stockpiles will not exceed the surrounding natural ground level by more <br />than ten (10i feet. <br />Loader outloading will be onto txelve (12) yard tandem or six (E) yard <br />single axle dump trucY.s, depending on the xork being performed. <br />During operations, the pit sides will be bacY.sloped, to aid in safety, and <br />at completion of each stage to facilitate reclamation (See Exhibit E - <br />Recl<imation Plan?. <br />No x;tter diversion or impoundment rill be necessary (Sze Exhibit G - <br />Ratec, Information ). <br />Mini:.ig practices rill also follox the specification and procedures <br />outlined in both Attachment 1 and 2 of this Exhibit D. <br />Other operators expected to execute mining of the pit are: <br />Bureau of Land Management <br />U.S. Forest Service <br />Colorado State Highway <br />Local Contractors <br />Agents of the County and of those listed above. <br />All of these "other" operators rill arrange xith the Saguache County Road <br />and Bridge Department to negotiate compensation for reclamation costs <br />proportionate to their disturbance. Reclamation remains the <br />responsibility of the County under the terms of this mining and <br />reclamation plan and CMLRD reclamation permit. <br />-9- <br />
