"he operator will insure that his agents (contractors, subcontractors, <br />etc.) will receive a copy of the conditions of this p?rm;t and insure <br />':hat those agents accept, understand and comply with all conditions. <br />.i copy of these conditions will be }:opt by all operating ag~rrts. <br />J. the operator shall notify the AO or AOR of the names and addresses of <br />any and all operating agents engaged in this operation. <br />K. The operator shall notify the AO or AOR of the names and addresses of <br />any assignees of this contract/permit; any assignments or transfer <br />must be filed with the A0. <br />L. In case your government project contracts are lost or not achieved, <br />this contract can be mutually cancelled in part or in whole. <br />M. Requirements for bonds, reclamation plans, or special stipulations can <br />be modified at any time to meet any situation that may arise or be <br />discovered. <br />N. Each of the contract payments are subject to the current appraised <br />price. Subsequent installment payments may be more or less than the <br />former, depending on any reappraisals. <br />0. Operator Trill notify the AO or AOR when a request for release of bond <br />is submitted to the State Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />P. At the completion of operations using asphalt and other hazardous <br />materials, such materials shall be removed from the sit? in and <br />properly disposed of Elsewhere. <br />XII. I t,ave been apprised of the practices which should be followed or avoided <br />in the conduct of our mining operations.
