MCC Response: MCC has included new tables addressing the Division's request. 41. On page 2.04-79, MCC comments on the springs in the SOD azea. It would be instructive to determine if these springs aze active now after several drought years when MCC evaluates whether these springs tap a colluvial source or a bedrock source (i.e. "active" vs "inactive".) MCC Response: MCC conducted a Natural Resource Survey and included the results in Exhibit 32B. 42. On page 2.04-88 the discussion relating to drainage basins indicates that basins #33 and 341ie outside the zone of influence of planned SOD mining. That does not fit with what is shown on the map in Figure 1, exhibit SSA. Please check and revise or explain as necessary. (That may also apply to basin #4.) MCC Response: Additional information was inserted to clarify the drainage basins. 43. On page 2.04-95, in the 2"d paragraph, there seems to be some words missing from the last two sentences. Please check. MCC Response: MCC has made the necessary corrections. 44. Please indicate the most recent survey of registered groundwater wells in the area conducted to comply with Rule 2.04.7(1)(a)(iv), "...description of ownership, uses, and location information for all springs, wells, and other developed groundwater sources," and the locations and reported yields from all wells registered with the State Engineer from within the permit and adjacent areas (2.04.7(1)(b). MCC Response: MCC has completed new text and discussion for the groundwater wells in the SOD. 44. The exhibits in the 19-series (Exhibits 19, 19A, 19B, 19C) summarize baseline data for surface water in areas where mining has been previously approved. Please include a summazy in similaz fashion for the SOD permit addition. MCC Response: MCC has included the baseline data. 2.04.7(3) Alternative Water Supply Information 46. The section refers to the approved adjudication plan in section 2.05.6(3)(b) but that section does not appear in the Table of Contents. Please confirm and add to the TOC. MCC Response: MCC has previously included the Adjudicated Augmentation Plan in the PAP at Exhibit 52.
