<br />EXHIBIT C - MINING PLAN <br />1. Mining will commence on or about December ]0, 1992 and end not <br />later than December 10, 1997. <br />2. The topsoil material will be salvaged to a depth of at least 4 to <br />6 inches and more, if found in pockets of deposits typical for <br />this area. The topsoil will be stockpiled in an orderly berm <br />suitable for seeding in the event it is to remain in storage <br />beyond one growing season. <br />3. There will be no additional overburden or waste rock at the site. <br />The topsoil layer is very thin in many areas on the site with <br />gravel exposed on the surface. <br />4. Mining will be from 6' to 12' in depth, which is also the depth <br />of the deposit. <br />'. 5. Access to the pit is an existing county road adjacent to the pit <br />area. The only equipment used on the site will be the self- <br />~ propelled scrapers, a dozer, and wheeled front end loaders. the <br />screen. the crusher, and conveyor system located at the pit site. <br />6. The pit dimensions will be approximately the full distances as <br />shown on Exhibit E-3. No benches or exterior roads wLl b~ <br />constructed. <br />7. No road improvements will be necessary on the county road that <br />bor ers a opera ion site. No new roa s wi a constructed. <br />8. No water will be used in conjunction with this operation. <br />9. No ground water will be encountered and no surface water will be <br />effected.
