The heading description on th <br />Premining Plan misstated the range number. This has <br />been corrected. (Please see revised drawi g). All <br />other parts of the description on the Pre fining Plan <br />are correct and agree with the title commi ment. <br />I. Public Notification <br />1, we will provide proof of newspaper publica ion and <br />adjacent landowner notification as soon as possible. <br />surrounding the pit area will occur after fining is <br />complete. <br />The costs for these operations are shown ~n the <br />enclosed breakdown of reclamation costs m rked <br />Exhibit "AD-1". The unit prices shown reflect our <br />experience with similar projects. <br />
