SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS <br />Without waiver of the provisions of Section 25 hereof, this Lease shall be binding upon and <br />inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. <br />Section 31. EFFECT OF SECTION HEADINGS <br />The section headings appearing in this Lease aze not to be construed as interpretations of the <br />text, but aze inserted for convenience of reference only. <br />Section 32.
