Within six (6) months of Board of County Commissioners action on the <br />request, the applicant shall submit to and have approved by the EI Paso ~~ ~_.:., <br />County Department of Public Works, a more detailed erosion control planE ,.~ .... +~.,, <br />5. The primary access to the site shall remain at the existing location on ~~"y; <br />Bradley Road. Prior to utilizing any other access location on Bradley <br />Road for the transporting of mined material, a modification of the Use <br />Subject to Special Review wilt be required. <br />6. Prior to implementing Phase 6E (removal of Academy Boulevard berms), <br />the applicant shall submit to EI Paso County for review and approval, a <br />plan for screening any then existing plant operations on the east side of <br />Academy, and for timing of completion of reclamation of all other working <br />faces. <br />7. Approval is limited to Mineral and Natural Resources Extraction and uses <br />considered ancillary or accessory to the mining operation. <br />8. Screening trees south of Drennan Road shall be planted concurrently with <br />the excavation and reclamation of the Fou_rltain Mutual Ditch relocation. <br />Planting of screening trees along Bradley Road shall be completed by <br />December 3i, 1995. <br />9. In conjunction with the relocation of the Fountain Mutual Ditch and <br />planting of screening trees adjacent to the Ditch and parallel to Drennan <br />Road a security fence shall be installed along the outer boundaries of the <br />relocated Ditch. <br />NOTATIONS <br />1.' Special use approval includes conditions of approval and the <br />accompanying plot plan. No substantial expansion, enlargement, <br />intensification or modification shall be allowed except upon reevaluation <br />and public hearing as specified in the L30S1 Development Code. <br />2.' The Board of County Commissioners may consider revocation and/or <br />suspension if zoning regulations and/or special use conditions/standards <br />are being violated, preceded by notice and public hearing. <br />
