They are: <br />AP-3 - Loadout, W. side of tracks of S. end of loadout <br />AP-4 - SE corner of loadout area <br />n <br />U <br />CJ <br />Each of these wells should be visited once per week from March <br />through June and once per month during July through October. No <br />monitoring is required at these wells during November through February. <br />The following data should be collected and recorded on a Ground Mater <br />Field Data form for each well on each visit. <br />• If water is present <br />- Well no. <br />- Date <br />- Time <br />- Water level <br />- Note any comments, unusual circumstances, ice in well, <br />problems sampling, damage to well or maintenance required <br />- Initials <br />• If well is dry, has too little water to sample, or is frozen <br />- Well no. <br />- Date <br />- Time <br />- Water level or depth to bottom of well <br />- Note any comments, too little water to sample, well dry, <br />well frozen, unusual circumstances, damage to well or <br />maintenance required <br />23-192 <br />
