The order in which the various persons or agencies should be contacted, spill mitigation methods, (detaxificatiort materials, methods, and procedures and assurance sampling) spill impact and mitigation monitoring, (water, spill-flow-path soil sampling, including sampling parameters), emergency documentation and reporting procedures should be included. A flow-chart outlining procedures to follow and persons to contact would 6e helpful to site personnel at a time when quick, deliberate action is required.
