<br />EXHIBIT C yN <br />Mining Plan <br />1. The mining will begin on or about January 1, 1991,;.pending your <br />approval. The operation will continue for approximately 5 years and <br />end on or about January 1st. 1996. <br />2. The topsoil depth varies greatly in the affected area. Approx. <br />4 acres of the area to be mined comtains 6" or less of topsoil. At <br />the top of the hill ( Western permit boundary ) the topsoil ranges <br />from 6" to 48" deep. All topsoil amounts found will be stockpiled <br />in windrows running north to south along western permit boundary. <br />These windrows will be located within the western permit boundary. <br />These windrows will be seeded to native grass if not used for other <br />purposes within one year. <br />3. No overburden exists in the affected area. <br />4. The deposit depth of the gravel varies as follows East permit <br />boundary- aPPrdx. 12 feet thick. West permit boundary- approx. 25 <br />feet thick. These depths vary as the area is located on the side of <br />a hill in the slope. <br />5. The existing roads on our property w~fll serve as access to the mining <br />area. <br />6. The mining area will be a L-shaped excavation starting at the lower <br />end of the hill (East boundary) and continuing up to the top of the hill <br />( west boundary ). <br />7. The existing roads are 30' wide and are graveled. <br />8. No water will be used in this operation. <br />9. No ground water will be encountered:or• diatured. ~ <br />10. No water rights pertain to this area to be mined at this time. <br />11. The deposit will not be processed on site. <br />Page 3 <br />
