<br />EXHIBIT - K <br />CLIMATE INFORMATION <br /> <br />Seahorse Ranch West Gravel Pit. The climate at the mining site is typical Rocky Mountain, Western Slope <br />seasonal climates. Winter consists of temperatures ranging from a low of-20 degrees "F" to a high of+40 <br />degrees "F". For most of the winter months the ground is covered with snow. Spring consists of <br />temperatures ranging from a low of +20 degrees "F" to a high of +60 degrees "F". This azea receives <br />approximately 50% of its annual rainfall during the spring months. Summer consists of temperatures <br />ranging from a low of +45 degrees "F" to a high of +g5 degrees "F". The balance of the annual fall takes <br />place in August of each year. Fall consists of temperatures ranging from a low of +20 degrees "F' to a <br />high of+75 degees "F"'. Fall is generally a dry season with limited amounts of snowfall in late fall. <br />No climatological effect will result from this mining operation. Actual mining will take place during the <br />spring, summer and fall periods. <br />
