AMENDED LEASE ),li.;~l,+~~a i ~: ~:!~i!i~~c?~°.i <br />THIS AMENDED LEASE is made and entered into effective as of <br />the /c# day of April, 1987, by and between HAROLD W. SPICER, <br /> VIRGINIA C. SWANSTROM, HAZEL ABERNATHY, WAYNE NEWELL and <br /> KENNETH WILSHUSEN (collectively "Lessors"), and WESLEY D. <br /> CONDA, INC., a Colorado corporation ("Lessee"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. Lessors and Conda Gravel Co., a Colorado general <br /> partnership, entered into a certain Lease dated February 1, <br /> 1982, by which Lessors granted to Conda Gravel Co. the right to <br /> dig and remove gravel and overburden from certain lands in <br /> Section 9, Township 2 South, Range 70 West, 6th P.M., located <br /> <br /> in Jefferson County, Colorado. <br /> B. Conda Gravel Co. assigned all of its interests in the <br /> Lease to Wesley D. Conda, Inc., the Lessee, with the Lessors' <br /> consent. <br /> C. The Lessors and Lessee have agreed to extend the term <br /> of the Lease, to expand the lands covered by the Lease, to add <br /> ttie right to dig and remove clay from certain lands, and to <br />® <br /> make certain other revisions in the terms and conditions of the <br /> Lease. <br /> D.
