Box 773599, <br />Steamboat Springs, CO 80477-3599, telephone 970-879-1710 acknowledging that <br />they received a copyofthis permit application will be mailed to the Division within <br />the next few days. <br />EXHIBIT S <br />Permanent Made-made Structures <br />A detailed engineering evaluation prepared by Northwest Colorado Consultants, <br />Inc., entitled "Geotechnical Investigation and Slope Stability Evaluation -Proposed <br />Tellier Gravel Pit" documenting that mining closer than 200 feet will not damage <br />the natural gas line, fences and adjoining roads to this project site is enclosed. We <br />have followed all of their recommendations regarding how close we can mine to <br />the natural gas pipe line and the adjoining property fence lines and roads. <br />GEOTECHNICAL STABILITY EXHIBIT <br />See the enclosed report prepared by Northwest Colorado Consultants, which <br />addresses the geotechnical stability of the soil in relationship to the proposed <br />mining operations. <br />17 <br />
