EXHIBIT E
Reclamation Plan
Approximately 4 acres of the site will be used as a feeding
ground for cattle. Reclamation guidelines provided by the Division
of Wildlife and or Soil Conservation Service will be followed on
the balance of the site. All final slopes will be rough graded to
no steeper than 2:1. Topsoil that has been stockpiled will be used
for providing soil for plant growth. Broadcast seeding will be
employed using such grasses as Western Wheatgrass, Intermediate
and Crested Wheatgrass, Indian Rice Grass and Yellow Clover in
sufficient quantity to restore the area to that of the natural
vegetation of surrounding area. This seed will be planted in the
late fall prior to snowfall. See Exhibit E-1 for rates and per-
centages to be used for seeding.
Fertilizer will be used as needed. Hay mulch, crimped to
avoid blowing, will be applied at the rate of 1,000 pounds per
acre, or barnyard m u 1 c h will be applied with a manure spreader.
Grazing will not be allowed until the vegetation is established.
Noxious weed control will be employed if necessary.
The access road will be left open to allow access to the
feed grounds.
