8.0 USE OF THIS REPORT
•
This report was prepared for the exeluslve use of OXBOW and ka consulting erlglneers for
specific application to the despn of the sits as it relates to the geotechnieal aspects dlacussed
herein. The data and report should bs provided to prospective contractors for their
information, but our report, conclusions, and interpretations should not be construed as a
warranty of actual subsurface conditions.
Within the limitations of scope, budget, and schedule, the analyses, wndusans, end
recommendations presented in this report wero propared i1 aocordarlce with generaNy accepted
professional geotethnical engineering principals and practices. We make no other warranty,
either express or implied. These conclusions and recommendations. were based on our
understanding of the project as described in this report and the site condhions as observed at
the time of our expbradons. Unanticipated soil eorlditbns are commonly encountered during
construction and cannot bs fv0y deterntirlsd by rabbviq soi samples from explorations. Such
~ unexpected corldrtiorls sornetirnes require that addrtbnaf expense bs made to attain a properly-
. constricted project. Therefore, some condrlgeray fund in the project budget is recommended
to accommodate such potential extra cosq.
If actual conditions appear to be different from those described in our report or if project
details change, WESTEC should review any change in condhions and design details to
determine the applieabiGty of the eorldusans and recommendations in this report. The
condwions and recortrtlendetlons contairled'n this report shay rat bs considered valid unbss
the changes are reviewed by WESTEC and the conclusion of this report modified or verified
in writing.
96266l1424.RPT Cul MM W~~t~ 9~Nc DMipn for Ttr S~nbaen Cnrk Mir
OetoWr 19ee WESTEC, Inc. 23
