Area 1 is bounded <br />by mine map coordinates 22,500 S to 22,700 S and 15,100 E to 15,500 E. Area 2 <br />is bounded by map coordinates 30,600 S to 30,900 S and 17,000 E to 17,800 E. <br />These areas are steep and present unsafe operating conditions. There is little <br />recoverable topsoil on the two areas. This variance will not affect the <br />reclamation plan. <br /> <br />/ep <br />Doc.
