Both areas, as
• described below, have very little recoverable topsoil and should not
warrant unsafe salvaging practices.
Area 1 1.4 Acres (approx.)
An area, bounded by the approximate coordinates 22,5505 to
22,7005 and 15,100E to 15,500E, presents a dangerous
situation. A near accident involving an operator and a
tractor happened in this area. The area is too steep for
safe salvaging practices.
Area 2 5.5 Acres (approx.)
An area bounded by the approxim
30,900 S and 17,000E to 17,800E
hazardous area. The area is so
losing all oil pressure working
potentially dangerous situation
exists here.
ate coordinates 30,6005 to
present another potentially
steep that tractors are
on these slopes. A
for men and equipment
PCC would appreciate a variance from topsoil salvaging in these two areas.
We would welcome the chance to show CMLR inspectors these areas, if needed.
Sincerely,
Tom Wainwright
TW/dks
cc: Don Zulian
