Five (5) copies of the following are enclosed. <br />a) Operations Plan, Exhibit "12-1" <br />b) Profile of Access Road <br />This scraper road falls somewhere between the definition of a light use <br />road and an access road. PCC agrees to meet as many access road require- <br />ments (4.03.2) as practicle. Alternative design methods will be requested <br />in some areas. <br />4.03.2 Access Roads <br />(1) General Requirements <br />The scraper road initially was proposed to be constructed on <br />the north side of the ephemeral drainage channel as shown on <br />Exhibit "12-1". Revised September 23, 1983. After further <br />thought and discussions with CMLR an alternate route was de- <br />cided upon. The road is now proposed to run down the center <br />of the drainage for the following reasons: <br /> <br />
