If this cannot be accomplished, <br />proper augmentation or discharge permits will be obtained. <br />Iv) We agree with the SCS, and we will leave 18" of subsoil prior <br />to spreading 6" of topsoil. The existing subsoil will be loosened <br />and noncompacted before topsoil is placed on it. All disturbed <br />areas will be topsoiled prior to seeding. <br />Our calculations show we will need to stockpile and place <br />approximately 32,000 cy of topsoil. The topsoil will be stockpiled <br />in the same area as indicated in the 111 permit. Enclosed is <br />another map. <br />v) Yes, we do have a legal right to enter the property.
