At the lowest spot of the bermed <br />area, we will construct a HDPE pond below grade with dimensions of <br />approximately 20' x 20' x 3' deep with 3:1 slopes. See attached <br />sample drawing. <br />Again, we do not anticipate any ground water. <br />on a high ridge and there is an existing well <br />30' below our proposed mining area.
