<br /> <br />r • <br />Lessee shall account therefor et the same time end in the <br />• ~ same manna[ ae it accounts for coal shipped. <br />ARTICLE 9 - Books and Records <br />Lessee shall keep end preserve for a period of two <br />i <br />(2) years from and after the mining in fact, books and <br />~ records of the mining, using and shipping of leased coal <br />showing the amount of leased coal mined by deep, strip, <br />e uger, punch or other methods, and records of all analyses <br />I <br />mode by it of coal mined hereunder, and said books and <br />records shall be open at all reasonable times at Lessee's <br />office for inspection by Lessor, its agents or attorneys, or <br />other persons in its behalf, for the purpose of comparing <br />and verifying the reports rendered by the Lessee, and £or <br />' all other proper purposes relating to the administration ~of <br />_ __. ~-: <br />this Lease. <br />' ARTICLE 10 - Information from Railroad Company <br />The Lessee consents and agrees that the railroad <br />which carries the coal from the Property may at any time, at <br />the request of Lessor, furnish Lessor, its agents or attorneys, <br />with full information regarding the amount of coal shipped <br />and/or sold from the leased premises and from other premises <br />~ in the same geographical area by Lessee, together with the <br />dates of shipment and the name of the purchaser or consignee <br />of said coal and all other pertinent information regarding <br />such coal shipments or sales. <br />ARTICLE 11 - Hanner of Ffininq <br />The Lessee shall work, mine and remove mineable <br />and merchantable leased coal in the most effectual, workmanlike <br />and proper manner, by methods which are acceptable in the <br />industry and as may be necessary and appropriate, so as <br />ultimately to recover the greatest amount o£ merchantable <br />- 16 - <br />(Rev. 5/86) <br />
