Lessee agrees that st all I I places where work is being performed on the Property, written or printed notices shall be posted and kept posted in con- , ~ fortuity with laws of the State of Colorado relating to mechanics' liens in order to protect the Property and Lessor from any liens for labor performed on the Property or material furnished for Lessee's operations. Such notices shall also • recite that neither Lessor nor the Property may be held ~ liable for any claims of any kind arising out of Lessee's j ~ ~ operations, including but not limited to the acts of Lessee's ~ employees, ag ents•and independent contractors. f ARTICLE 21 - Lien for Rentals or Royalties The Lessor is hereby given and shall have a lien ~ upon the leasehold estate hereby created and all of the • property of the Lessee or its assigns, placed thereon for the payment of ell royalties and other moneys which may at any time become due to the Lessor from the Lessee hereunder, which lien is and shall be prior and superior to any and all other liens or rights which shall be created by the neglect or default of the Lessee or otherwise.
