Roadway designs and subdivision plans <br />must show that all lot access can be addeved within the 12%. ConstruGed <br />~.~'~'~ driveways must oonfofm to this spedfication. <br />4.13.2 Preferred driveway to road angle of access is 90 degrees. The minimum Culvert size Is 18' diameter <br />and not less than 18 feet Fong regardless of drainage requirements. All <br />driveways shalt have a culvert unless approval by the County Road and Bridge <br />Department <br />4.13.8 Atwve grade driveway improvements must not intrude into the right-of-way <br />easement. Improvements shall be removed at the owners expense if they are <br />not removed within 30 days notice from any public right-of-vaay. <br />4.13.1 riveways accessing a Canty Road must have a minimum positive 29i grade to <br />the traveled road surface for not less than 12 feet. <br />4.14 REFERENCES: <br />References used in creating this standard and recommended for use when designing and <br />constructing roads are listed below.
