The request for additional information on the dimensions of the new road to be <br />constructed on site. Chaffee County specifications for general driveway <br />construction standazds are attached. The dimensions for the drainage from the <br />road shoulder and the side ditch slope are attached. <br />2. The 9.9 acre site is surrounded by 113 acres of pastureland owned by Mr. Moltz. <br />The postmining land use for the site will remain pastureland. <br />3. The onsite depressions that will be constructed for possible stormwater runoff will <br />be compatible with the surrounding conditions and selected land use. The side <br />slopes of the inside of the low spots shall not be steeper than 3:1. Dimensions of <br />the largest depression will be 10 x 10 x 2. The smaller low spots will average 6 x <br />6x2. <br />4. The area for boating access is in the permit azea. We will apply fora 404 permit <br />with the Core of Engineers when boating access is to be constructed. <br />5. The mining plan map has been altered to remove the 2" Minus for Property <br />Owner 14,000 Ton. We are requesting that a declaratory order be allowed for the <br />property owner and the material that will be left on site.
