Mining will be done in three phases and will consist of removal and stockoilina of thin
layers of topsoil and overburden. This will be followed by removal and screening of
materials. Materials produced will be stockpiled on site for short oeriods of time
prior to removal. Reclamation will be accomplished by backf{11{nv yith fines Which will'
be graded to a 3:1 slope or less. The existing overburden and topsoil will then be re-
placed <ind the area will be reseeded to native grass varieties. Other forbs and shrubs
will seed naturally on this type of site.
