Page two <br />Building Permit X81-778,applied for by Vasquez, will be released <br />as a permit for a construction trailer when <br />(1) A 35 acre or greater sized parcel is deeded to physically <br />and legally separate Boone's from Vasquez's activities; <br />again, equal interests in each s5 acres will be recognized <br />as legal, <br />(2) The on-site stone yard receiving sandstone from the Olin <br />lease in Larimer County is discontinued with future <br />stockpiles being stored either at the Larimer Quarry or <br />on a Commercial or General Industrial zone, <br />(3) The completed building permit application for a permanent <br />dwelling is processed and issued; building plans, water <br />certification and plot plans still have not been submitted <br />by Vasquez. <br />Please call this office, 441-3928, during working hours with any questions or <br />progress toward resolving the above zoning matters. <br />Sincerel , <br />~ J>H ~ G~ <br />Thomas J.
