Boone <br />Frank Stickler ~, ~ ,,. -~ <br />Box 167 C,i, ,,,. <br />Lyons, CO 80540 <br />Re: Boulder County Zoning Violations outstanding on 141.34 acres in <br />Sections 7 and 1S, Townships Aorth, Range 70 1Vest <br />Dear Sirs: <br />Three building permit applications; X81-253, x81-778, and r81-931 are <br />being processed by the Land Use Department at this time and require the <br />following prior to their issuance: <br />Building Permit k81-253, applied for by Boone for the installation of <br />an agricultural tenant's mobile home, and Permit X81-931, also applied <br />for by Boone for an 18' x 18' residential addition to the present <br />excavating business office, will be released when <br />(1) A 35 acre or greater sized parcel is severed from the 141 <br />acres to physically anal legally separate Boone's property ' <br />from Vasquez's uses•Equal interests in the 35 acres will <br />be recognized, <br />(2) The excavation business is moved from the Agricultural zone <br />to either a Commercial or General Industrial zone or <br />(3) The on-site historic quarrying activity is continued to <br />demonstrate the need for all remaining excavating equipement, <br />including two backhoes, one bobcat, three pickups, one dump <br />truck, and one Ford 2~ ton truck. Continued quarrying activities <br />will be considered legal non-conforming by Boulder County but <br />must receive a reclamation permit by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Bureau, <br />(4) The authorization from the Town of Lyons Administrator <br />that two water taps for ,two dwelling units are available <br />for service to the Boone parcel. <br />(5) The use of the 48'x40' metal quarry shop is returned to <br />support active quarrying equipment with no more than 324 square <br />feet being used in conjunction with a home occupation, <br />(6) The vacating of the recreational vehicle now parked on the <br />property for sleeping and sanitation purposes. The unit <br />is currently attached to the abandoned Sterling Contracting <br />Company's septic system and may either be applied for as <br />a construction trailer for the residential addition or <br />stored unoccupied in the rear of the home. <br />Tc^~ Le.'J~:re <br />
