4.30 CESSATION OF OPERATIONS
Upon permanent cessation of underground mining activities the disturbed
areas from the laydown and storage area will be permanently reclaimed in
accordance with the Rules of the Division and the approved Mountain Coal
Company Mining and Reclamation Permit No. C-80-007.
