No other perennial, intermittent or ephemeral <br />streams wifh a watershed larger Phan 1-mile are located near the <br />project area. <br />4.06 TOPSOIL <br />Topsoil will not be salvaged as this area has been historically used as a <br />parking lot for recreational ATVs, RVs, sledding and recreational <br />enthusiasts as evidenced by the USFS road easement. <br />4.07 SEALING OF DRILLED HOLES AND UNDERGROUND OPENINGS <br />No drilled holes or underground openings are associated with this technical <br />revision. <br />4.08 USE OF EXPLOSIVES <br />There is no use of explosives associated with this technical revision. <br />4.09 DISPOSAL OF EXCESS SPOIL <br />No spoil is associated with this technical revision. <br />4.10 COAL MINE WASTE BANKS <br />No coat mine waste banks are associated with this technical revision. <br />12 <br />
