PROCEDURE <br />The Division, parties and members of the public shall make presentations in the following order. <br />The time limits set out below are maximum limits and shall be strictly enforced. The Boazd, in its <br />discretion, may allow additional time when warranted. The Board has the right to limit any <br />redundant or irrelevant testimony. At the conclusion of each presentation, and within time limits <br />set by the Board, there will be an opportunity to conduct cross-examination of any witnesses that <br />testified during the presentation. <br />Board's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order: <br />The Pre-hearing Conference Officer shall present this Draft Pre-hearing Order to the <br />Board for adoption. The Board will hear any objections to the proposed Order at that <br />time, and will make any necessary amendments prior to adopting the Draft Order. <br />Division's Introduction and Overview: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an introductory overview of the <br />application. <br />Applicant's Presentation: <br />The Applicant shall have 20 minutes in which to make a presentation to the Board. The <br />Applicant shall have 5 additional minutes per witness, but the Applicant's time shall not <br />exceed 35 minutes. <br />4. Division's Presentation and Recommendation: <br />The Division shall have 15 minutes in which to present its recommendation to the Board. <br />5. Objectors' Presentations: <br />At the Pre-hearing conference, it was not determined how many interested objector parties <br />would appear at the Board Hearing. The parties that attended the Pre-hearing Conference <br />agreed, however, to divide their presentations to the Board among themselves within a <br />single assigned block of time at the hearing. As such, each objecting party will have a <br />maximum of 10 minutes, and the objecting parties as a group will have a total of 30 <br />minutes, in which to make a presentation. <br />Public Comment Period: <br />
