Coal cleaning will not be performed by <br />Kerr Coal as part of the operations contemplated by this applica- <br />tion. <br />(5) Each topsoil, spoil, coal waste, and non-coal waste storage area; <br />Soil storage areas are shown on Map 31, Kerr Mine Area Soil Removal <br />and Storage. Overburden storage areas are shown on Map 33, Kerr <br />Mine Area Overburden Replacement and Grading. Because Kerr Coal <br />will perform no cleaning of coal there will be no coal waste stor- <br />age areas. As discussed under Section 816.89, with the exception <br />of used oil and lubricants non-coal wastes will generally be buried <br />• <br />in the pit. <br />The location of the used oil lubricants pond is shown on Map 28, <br />Kerr Mine Area Existing Structures. <br />(6) Each water diversion, collection, conveyance, treatment, storage, <br />and discharge facility to be used; <br />Each water diversion, collection, conveyance, treatment, storage, <br />and discharge facility to be used is shown on Map 16, Kerr Mine <br />Area Surface Water Hydrology and on Map 17, Kerr Tipple Area Hy- <br />drology.
