<br />EXHIBIT E <br />Map <br />(Section 6.3.5) <br />Mining Plan Map <br /> <br />The Mining Plan Map is included at [he end ofthe narrative portion ofthis Exhibit E, which <br />completes the information required by Section 6.3.5 (2): <br />(a) Boundaries. The permit boundary is shown on the Mining Plan Map by a bold, <br />black line, and is labeled "Permit Boundary." <br />(b) Owners of Record. <br />(i) Surface. The owner of record of the surface of [he affected lands and all <br />lands witlun two hundred (200) feet of [he affected lands is the United <br />States Bureau of Land Management. <br />(ii) Minerals. The Applicant is [he owner of [he minerals in, on and under the <br />Brown Derby #4 mining claim, subject to the paramount title of the United <br />States of America. <br />(iii) Structures. All of the permanent or man-made structures known by <br />Applicant to exist within two hundred (200) feet of the affected lands are <br />described on Exhibit B -Site Description, Paragraph (b). These structures <br />also are shown on the Mining Plan Map accompanying this Exhibit E, and <br />are identified as structures #1 through #7. <br />(c) Major Surface Feat:~res. The following surface features are identified on the <br />Mining Plan Map: <br />(i) Access Road (#8). The access road described in Section (1) of Exhibit A- <br />Legal Description, is labeled #8 in the Mining Plan Map, It is shown in <br />the larger context of surrounding lands, highways and landmarks in the <br />Location Map accompanying Exhibit A -Legal Description and Location <br />Map. No other roads are anticipated. <br />(ii) Streant #9 . The intermittent stream described in Paragraph (c) of Exhibit <br />B -Site Description is labeled #9 in the Mining Plan Map. The stream is <br />not located within the permit boundary. <br />(iii} Mine Entrance (#1). The open Mine entrance is approximately 25 feet <br />high and 25 feet wide, and is located immediately behind (east of) the <br />large, permanent steel grate described in Paragraph (b) of Exhibit B -Site <br />Exhibit E - 1 <br />
