Division Address <br />The amerdment also updates the Division's mailing address, which wos changed on October 1, 1993. <br />11. STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLANS <br />A Stormwater Management Plan (SA'MPJ shall be developed and implemented for each sue mtiered by this permit. 71re plan <br />shall ulemify potential sources of pollution (including sed!_ment) which may reasonably bt expected to affect the qualify of <br />stormwater discharges associated with mining operaions. Irt addition, the plan shall describe the best management <br />practicer (BMPsJ which will be used ro reduce the pollutanu in stormwater discharges from the mining operation. <br />/n she areas of rna! mining which are not directly regu[atod by tfffuenl limitations, site stormwater discharges may not bt <br />effectively rnmrolled. Some of the dscharger are ouuide the rnverage of the diversion ditchu atd srdimentatian pains <br />required under the facility's Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board permit.
