<br /> <br />MINED LAND WILDLIFE STATEMENT/EVALUATION (Revised) <br />for limited impact and select regular mine applications <br />The following information pertaining to wildlife is provided for use by Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board in their consideration of a mining permit for: <br />Dolures Counties Bartley Gravel Pi T 40 N R rg~y c cr' 15 SE ~ 4r 'a <br />Name/Type and Location of Mine (Legal) <br />Wildlife Species list: <br />This would only include those species of rmre arrid dry land types such as rock <br />squirrel and other small rodents associated with dry land farming, an occasional <br />coyote and several species of raptors such as marsh hawk, redtail and kestrel may <br />frequent the area. Mourning doves also nest in and around this area. <br />Endangered/critical species/impacted: <br />None <br />Critical habitats/vegetative communities impacted: <br />None ' <br />Assessment of impact: <br />This entire area is surrounded by farm land so impact is at this time very minimal. <br />Also, this is a pre-existing pit therefore what impact there might be has already <br />happened. <br />";ine Reclamation recommendations (include key species/habitats for which restoration <br />is designed). <br />Reclamation should include replacement of stockpiled top soil and broadcast seeding <br />of native or drought resistant grass species, to be harrowed in. (Drilling of seed <br />would be a second alternative.)
