You will need to publish only one time. <br />Please be sure that your revised public notice meets all the requirements of Rule 1.6.2(1)(d), <br />including the following language "written statements of support or objections to the application <br />must be received by the Division of Minerals & Geology at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, CO 80203 within 10 days of the date of this publication."
