Mining Claim in a newspaper of local circulation. You will need to publish only one time.
Please be sure that your revised public notice meets all the requirements of Rule 1.6.2(1)(d),
including the following language "written statements of support or objections to the application
must be received by the Division of Minerals & Geology at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215,
Denver, CO 80203 within 10 days of the date of this publication." I have included a copy of
