I now find that
all of my adequacy questions have been answered concerning the mining and
reclamation permit applications for the above cautioned San Miguel County gravel
pits. Therefore, I plan to present these applications to the Board as "no
problem" permit applications, in written form. Since these will be presented to
the Board in a block with other such applications on the first day of the
meeting and voted upon sometime during the second day, it will not be necessary
for you to be present at the November 18th and 19th meeting. I will notify
you concerning the Board's decision shortly after the meeting, and the permits
will be mailed out as soon after Board approval of the permits as possible.
Thank you for all of your cooperation and assistance during the permitting
process. Please feel free to call me if I can be of any further assistance.
Sincerely,
Mark S. Loye
Reclamation Specialist
