-- EXHIBIT D
MINING PLAN
Phase I. Area I(L) will be quarried and the limestone will be
removed. This will be accomplished by conventional open pit drilling
and blasting methods. The limestone will be loaded and hau.Led to the
crushing and stockpile area for processing and sizing. Dur:Lng this
p time areas A(g) and D(g) will be stripped of the sandstone overlaying
' the limestone. This material will be removed by conventional open
pit drilling and blasting methods. The sandstone overburden will be
loaded and hauled to enlarge the crushing and stockpiling area as
designated on the accompanying map. This phase will require: approx-
imately 24 months. The approximate area worked at this time: will be
~ 12.93 acres.
• Phase 2
Area II
uarried for limestone alon
will be
with A
.
(L)
q
g
(L)
..
~ Area IIIS and B(S) will be stripped. The sandstone from area III(S)
will cover approximated SOY, of area I with a depth from 1' to 10'.
The sandstone from area B(S) will be used to finish enlarging the
stockpile area. This phase will require approximately 36 months. The

i approximate areas worked at this time will be 14 acres.
I
Phase 3. Area III, IV, and D will be quarried far limestone. Area V,
VI, C and E will be stripped. The sandstone is area V will be backfilled
into area III at a depth of 2' to 10' and will cover the entire area.
Overburden in area VI will be backfilled into areas I and II at a depth
of 2' to 10' and will cover 70% of the area. Overburden from area C
will be backfilled into area A at a depth of 2' to 15' and will cover
70Y, of the area. Stripping from area E will be dumped in the upper 1/2
section of area D at a depth of 10'
