Correspondingly, an application
fee of 5875.00 has been provided. The first page of the application,
however, indicates that 17 acres are to be permitted which might require
an application for a 112 permit and an application fee of 51,875.00, if
ill that area i; to be 3ffeC.ed.
the applicant must specify that less than 10 acres era to be affected in
order to utilize the li0(2> permit application and to justify the 5875.C0
application fee. If 17 or more acres are to be affected, then a 112
permit application must be used and a 51,875.00 application fee must be
submitted. Normally permit and affected acreage totals era the same.
Mr.t•~~ roc
There is no evidence of the publication of the notic=_ of filing the
apolicacion in a local ne~.aspaper wirhin 10 days of the filing date.
?roof of such publication, i.e., compliance 'filth the requirements of
,yule 3.2(3)(iii) must be provided.
