The <br />material is either mined and removed as pit run or sized by crushing, <br />screening. Various product stockpiles are then created for future sales. <br />In addition, it is anticipated that the need for asphalt or concrete may <br />periodicall se and a portable batch plant or concrete mix plant may be <br />placed emporarily o site, depending on the need for various rock <br />products. The anticipated process area for the operation is illustrated on <br />the Exhibit C map. As the operation advances into Phases 2 the process <br />area will be relocated to accommodate mining. <br />Final reclamation will occur upon completion of mining. However, <br />slope work, soil replacement and reseeding will occur concurrence with <br />mining as work in the Phase 1 area is com_ pl' eted. . <br />A gas collection line runs from the gas well illustrated on the <br />Exhibit C map to a storage facility located south of the property. Both <br />the gas well and line have been only recently completed. The well and line <br />itself are owned by Magnus, Inc., of Durango. However, at the present time <br />no easement of record has been granted to Magnus, Inc. by the landowner <br />(the operator) for the pipeline. It is the understanding between these <br />parties that the operator maintains the right to relocate the line if <br />necessary to accommodate the mining operation. <br />A small irrigation ditch is illustrated on the Exhibit C map as <br />crossing the Phase 2 area. The ditch will not be disturbed. Additional <br />information regarding the ditch is given in Exhibit G. <br />The access road serves the pit and an area located to the southwest <br /> <br /> <br />i <br />of the affected lands used for the collection of natural gas, and access <br />to other pasture lands. <br />I <br />
