' Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan
' Post-mining reclamation plans include developing the property for a
few cabin sites. However, until plans regarding this use are finalized, an
alternate plan for revegetation is provided. The goal of reclamation will
' be to stabilize the site and return the area to limited rangeland/non-
irrigated pasture; portions of the property will remain undisturbed (the
westerly side of the site) and thus remain suitable as limited wildlife
habitat. A lake of approximately 20.9± acres will be created. The
remainder of the disturbed land will be revegetated. The Exhibit F map

' included herein portrays the anticipated final topography of the site.
Reclamation will be implemented in conjunction with mining operations.
As described in Exhibit D, there will be essentially two phases to the
operation. Final slopes are developed in during the course of mining

All final slopes of the pond will be graded to no steeper than 2:1,
' except from S feet above to 10 feet below the expected water line where
