The fugitive dust control measures listed on the attached page (as proposed <br />in the Fugitive Dust Control Plan submitted to the Division) shall <br />be applied to the dust producing sources as required by Regulation No. 1. <br />2. Emissions of particulate matter shall not exceed either of the following <br />limitations (as caluclated in the Division's preliminary analysis): <br />78.1 lbs./hour or 67.2 tons/year.2 <br />3.
