<br />-2- <br />Exhibit I - Proof of Filing with the County Clerk (Rule 6.3.9): You must <br />provide an affidavit or receipt indicating the date on which the <br />application was placed with the Moffat County Clerk and Recorder. <br />Exhibit J - Proof of Mailing Notices of Permit Aoolication (Rule 6.3.10): <br />You must submit proof of mailing or proof of personal service of the <br />"Notice of Permit Application" forms to the Moffat County Board of <br />Commissioners and to the Board of Supervisors of the local Soil <br />Conservation District if the area to be permitted ie in a Soil Conservation <br />District. <br />Failure to submit the items listed above by the initial decision date of <br />March 15, 1995, may result in a decision to deny your application. You may amend <br />the application by submitting all of the requested items. In accordance with <br />Rule 1.8, a new decision date will be established 30 days from the date of <br />receipt of all requested items. If you have already initiated publication, you <br />will need. to republish notice which specifies the final date for receiving <br />comments ie ten (10) days after the date of publication~or the next regular <br />business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical <br />deficiencies in your application.
