Long <br />Operation (110) Reclamation Permit Application Division Director <br />Dear Mr. Powell: <br />On February 13, 1995, the Division of Minerals and Geology received your <br />application package for a Limited Impact Operation (110) Reclamation Permit for <br />Powell's Gravel Pit, File No. M-95-012. Preliminary review determined that the <br />following items must be submitted before your application can be considered <br />submitted and technical review can begin: <br />HXHIBIT B - Site Description (Rule 6.3.21: Please submit the following <br />information pertaining to the general site description of the area to be <br />mined: <br />1.) a description o£ the vegetation and soil characteristics in the area <br />of the proposed operation. <br />2.) identify any permanent man-made structures within two-hundred feet of <br />the affected area. <br />3.) a description of any water resources in the area. Identify any <br />streams, springs, lakes, etc. <br />EXHIBIT E - Reclamation Plan Mao (Rule 6.3.5(3): <br />(a) show the gradient of all reclaimed slopes (horizontal:vertical) <br />sufficient to describe the post mine topography; <br />(b) indicate where vegetation will not be established and the general <br />area(s) for shrub or tree planting; <br />(c) if ponds are a part of the Reclamation Plan, outline the final shore <br />configuration of the ponds and shallow areas if the future land use is for <br />wildlife; <br />(d) state the average thickness of replaced overburden by reclamation area <br />or phase; and <br />(e) state the average thickness of replaced topsoil by reclamation area or <br />phase. <br />EXHIBIT G_- Source. of Leaal Riaht-to-Enter (Rule 6.3.7): <br />The statement submitted £or this exhibit was not acknowledged by a Notary <br />Public, please resubmit a signed, notarized statement that you have the <br />legal right to enter and mine the lands to be in the permit area. <br />
