The <br />rerlarnation plan for this site is as follo!,~s: <br />~1.7_uz..ti^_II: This site is native rangeland and classified as a <br />Lo.arr~y Plains range site, rattle are currently' graying the area. <br />There are signs of previous disturbance around the windmill that <br />lies east of the abandoned house at Tndd Point and at tr+~o cut <br />banl<s north of the windmill. The site slopes to the east as <br />evidenced by the r?runt runoff of tu!o drainages through the site. <br />8~i15: This site consists of Baca._loam soil, map symbol BcA. <br />Eara soils are deep, well drained, and nearly level loamy soils. <br />Land classification is IVe-1. <br />y_yQ~IItjnII; The potential plant community on this site is EO-?0`/ <br />grasses, :-10% (orbs, and 5-10•Y.. shrubs air-dr'1' !,eight. Plants <br />presently groU~ing include gallet.a, blue grams, red threea~n~n, sand <br />dropseed, broom snal<:eweed, slirnflower scurfpea, rabbitbrush, <br />prickly pear cactus, yucca, and feur~Uing saltbush. <br />@EELA[~AII4L~: <br />It should be noted that once gravel raining is initiated, all <br />disturbed areas must be reclaimed !,~hether you disturb the area or <br />not. <br />$ifE_LL?E3.r3tiIIII: P.er larnation of the pit should be made 6y <br />smoothing all banks to no more than 2:1 slopes and should be <br />flatter u.~here feasible and practicable. The topography should be <br />made smooth with no spoil piles or pits present. <br />I^_e5:.7.11D9: Top'=oil should be spread uniformly over any <br />disturbed area to a packed depth of 5" This should be lnCl'e35ed <br />to 3" - 10" over e;:posed b?drool:. In the event that e;;isting <br />soils have insufficient depth, topsoil shall be brought in and <br />spread over the deficient areas. <br />
