See Vicinity Map for locations of <br />KOPs. <br />KOP "A" -Location: Belmont Driveway <br />1. Portions of the access haul road will be visible. <br />2. It does not appear that the portal site will be Visible. <br />KOP "B" -Location: Belmont Residences <br />1. Neither the portal site or the access road will be visible. <br />2. A short distance east of the residence a portion of the access <br />road will becane visible. <br />KOP "C" -Location: Minnesota Creek Road <br />1. A portion of the access road will be visible <br />2. The existing Slouch Road is so far in the background and so <br />• insignificant to other contrasting elements that it draws little <br />attention. <br />KOP "D" -Location: Upper Iamborn Mesa <br />1. Neither the portal site or the access road are visible. <br />KOP "E" - Incation: West Stewart Mesa <br />1. Slouch Road visible in the background. <br />KOP "F" -Location: Far West Stewart Mesa <br />1. Slouch Road visible in the background. <br />KOP "G" -Location: Approx. 1 1/2 miles north on Stevens Gulch Rand <br />1. host of Slouch Road is Visible in the foreground/middlegroimd. <br />2. Slouch Road site disturbance is visually secondary to the Stevens <br />Gulch Road landscape scars. <br />KOP "H" -Location: Switchback on Stevens Gulch Road <br />1. Only the upper portion of Slouch Rand is visible before it <br />crosses over the ridge. <br />KPO "I" -Location: Stevens Gulch Road looking down on Blouch Road <br />1. Entire aligranent and site disturbance of Slouch Road is visible <br />until it crosses over the ridge. <br />2. From this observation point, the initial disturbance created by <br />• the proposed rand may begin to compete with the Stevens Gulch Road <br />cut and fill slopes for visual attention. <br />9 <br />
