• <br />Coulson Excavating Company, Inc. -Bonser Gravel Pit <br />Exhibit M -Other Permits and Licenses <br />The Bonser gravel pit will have: <br />• a Regulaz 112 Operation Permit from the Colorado Department of Natural Resources Division of <br />Minerals and Geology, <br />• a well permit from the Stale Engineer, <br />• Special Review signoff by Lorimer County Commissioners, <br />• National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit from the Colorado Water <br />Quality Control Board, <br />• a construction permit from the Colorado Department of Public Healih and Environment (CDPHE) <br />/+~ an Air Pollution Emissions Notice (ADEN) from the CDPHE, and <br />~~ letter from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) stating that the proposed gravel pit <br />should not directly affect the Preble's Meadow Jumping Mouse's (PMJM's) continued existence. <br />• a letter from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USAGE) stating that the proposed gravel pit is <br />expected to comply with Section 404 (Sect. 404) of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and there will be <br />no discharge of dredged or fill material into wetlands or waters of the U.S. <br />
