<br />In general the following rules will apply: 1.) If the skies are cloudy it may take quite a bit longer <br />for soil to dry to optimum moisture than the tables in Appendix II would indicate. 2.) [fit begins <br />to rain while compacting a lift stop compaction, wait for the rain to stop, take an average field <br />moisture content, wait for the soil to dry to optimum moisture, and resume compaction. <br />Post construction moisture and density tests are to be performed after the liner has been <br />construction and before the topsoil is placed above. A minimum of 5 nuclear method <br />moisture/density test (ASTM D-2922) will be performed per 1 acre of liner. The results will be <br />documented and kept on record by Coulson Excavating. <br />The daily liner construction log, field moisture measurements and results of the post construction <br />nuclear density/moisture tests will be included with the annual submittal to the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology. <br />DAILY LOG FORM <br />I.
