<br />~1 <br />U <br />The proposed pad azeas for the Whirlwind and Packrat power drops encompass 0.23 acre and 0.41 <br />acres respectively, for a total acreage of 0.64 acres. Using the same cost assumptions as specified <br />above for the vent shaft pads, this will require regrading of 370 + 659 cubic yazds = 1029 cubic yazds <br />of topsoil at a cost of $1,543 and seeding of 0.64 acres at a cost of $960. Total estimated costs for <br />regrading and seeding the two power drops is $2,503. <br />The total estimated cost for reclaiming the vent shafts and power drops is $11,000 + $1,410 + $1,000 + <br />2,503 = $15,913. <br />6. Dismantle Buildings and Structures at Both Portal Areas <br />Reclamation will include the removal of all buildings and other structures. The following structures <br />will be removed at the Whirlwind Portal area: <br />- Powder magazines - 2 (skid mounted portable) <br />- Water Treatment Trailer (portable) <br />- Shop and office building, 50 feet x 40 feet size, One story (fixed building which must be <br />dismantled) Removal cost: $5,000 <br />- Dry change facility, 50' x 20', One story (fixed building which must be dismantled) Removal <br />cost: $2,500 <br />- Storage Trailer (portable) 12 feet x 40 feet <br />- Generator Trailer (portable) 12 feet x 40 feet, assumes that it is still on site even though power <br />is expected to be delivered to the mine at an early stage. <br />- Askid-mounted oil storage shed with nominal dimensions of eight feet by ten feet located <br />adjacent to the maintenance shop (portable). <br />- A Used Oil tank on the outside shop wall within a containment azea that consists of a low block <br />or concrete wall on a concrete pad. The tank size is 500 gallons and the containment will hold a <br />minimum of 550 gallons. The tank is portable.
